There are many reasons why you might be contemplating therapy. Whether you're going through a challenging experience, feeling unsettled, or simply want some extra support, I’m here to meet you where you are.

We all face moments of instability, feelings of overwhelm, or difficult decisions. This is a part of being human. Sharing these experiences with someone who is fully present can invite a pause. It can create space to slow down and notice what’s happening within. My role is to listen, to help you make sense of your experience, to affirm and hold all that you are with.

Beginning therapy can feel like a significant step. It might bring moments of challenge, uncertainty, and discovery. My aim is to support you in understanding yourself and your relationships more fully. I want to help you find acceptance in who you are, and to feel greater confidence and ease in how you meet your life.

“The most powerful protection against being overwhelmed by stress and trauma... is being truly heard and seen by the people around us, a feeling that we are held in someone else’s mind and heart.”
- Bessel Van de Kolk

Therapy services

I offer psychotherapy in person in Abergavenny and online. My practice is safe, confidential, and welcoming. I welcome clients from all walks of life, experiences, and feelings of difference. I am deeply LGBTQI+ affirmative.

I’m a trainee Gestalt psychotherapist in advanced clinical training. I’ve completed three years of training at Metanoia Institute and the Gestalt Centre Wales, and I’ve worked with a wide range of issues in placements and in private practice. I work with an experienced Gestalt supervisor, and adhere to the professional and ethical standards of the BACP and UKCP.

It is important that you find a therapist who feels right for you, so I offer a free introductory call. It’s a gentle space to talk, ask any questions, and share what’s bringing you to therapy. You can get a feel for how I work — with no pressure to take things further.
